Matthew (Matt) Ott, M.S., FASAE, CAE, CMP
Co-Founder & CEO
Legend has it that Matt's first steps were at an association conference, which he will neither confirm nor deny. As a third-generation nonprofit executive, the association business was the family business. From an early age, he could see the positive impact that nonprofits and associations have on our day-to-day lives, and he has spent his career doing whatever he could to help make them successful.
Over his 20+ year career, Matt has led teams of staff and volunteers to achieve superlative results. By creating and implementing creative and innovative strategies, he has helped organizations double their memberships and event engagement, launch effective advocacy campaigns, facilitate industry-changing mergers, and add over $100MM in topline revenue.

A lifelong nonprofit professional, Tom brings 20+ years of experience in event management, member value creation, and nonprofit administration and operations. Tom cut his teeth in the industry working at a boutique association management company focused on providing exemplary service and value. Throughout his career, he has created and managed events and member programs that have improved member value and increased non-dues revenue.
